The-Rotoscopers-Frozen-Official-LogoIn much anticipated news regarding this year’s Disney fairytale film,  filmmusicreporter.com has shared that Disney has selected Christophe Beck to compose the score for the much anticipated feature animated film, Frozen.

After taking a glance at Beck’s imdb page, you can almost begin to put the notes together in your head. Beck, who’s most notable works include this year’s Oscar nominated Paperman, 2011’s Oscar nominated film The Muppets, and just plain favorite The Hangover, will be working with co-directors Chris Buck (Surf’s Up, Tarzan) and Jennifer Lee (Wreck-It-Ralph).

Taking into account Beck’s previous tracks, how do you think the story and score will pan out?

  • I love the score of Paperman! Now I’m even more excited for Frozen

I agree! The score to Paperman was great, my only apprehension is everything else on his imdb list…although, this could be a great opportunity for Beck to shine and show what he’s made of!
