Untitled-Minions-Project-MinionIllumination Entertainment previously announced a spin-off film based on the wildly popular Descipiable Me Minions and now an official release date has been set: December 19, 2014.

The Untitled Minions Project will be released a year and half after Despicable Me 2, which is due out summer 2013. No official plot is know about the project, other than the fact that it will be an original story introducing new characters, while bringing back a few old favorites.

What do you think the storyline will be for this film? Would you be able to stand a 90-minute movie featuring only the Minions? Let us know in the comments!
